Return & Refund Policy

Returns
Because our items are handcrafted and often made-to-order, we only accept returns if the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Timeframe
Please notify us at hello@cozycubs.co within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue. Include a few photos of the concern so we can make things right as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we verify the defect, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Custom Orders
Please note that customized knits — with specific measurements, colours or bespoke details — are non‑refundable unless defective. Each piece is made just for you, with care.
We want every Cozy Cubs piece to feel like a small wonder. If something is not quite right, we promise to listen with care.
